Guided Tour of the Petit Monde Museum<\/h2>\n

In Torgnon there is an ancient village completely restored, the Petit Monde Museum<\/strong>, a magnificent example of rural architecture<\/strong> which consists of three buildings: a raccard which is to find nowhere else in the Valley, a grandze organized in three parts with the farmyard in the center where the wheat was beaten and finally the grenier used for storing supplies. <\/p>\n

The buildings, built between 1462 and 1700, restored and enhanced, host the permanent exhibition “The labyrinth of memory”<\/strong>, which tells the true story of man, the origin, the evolution of the village, life and social organization of the inhabitants of this small ancient world.<\/p>\n

In the upper part of the village there is also a chapel dedicated to Saint Rocco and the ancient mill, recently restored.<\/p>\n
