The Museum of the Alps is situated on the first floor of the Opera Carlo Alberto, the most important fortification of the Fortress of Bard. The museum consists of 25 rooms divided into four parts.
The guided tour of the Museum of the Alps begins with an interpretation of alpine landscape, the second part examines the principal natural and human components of mountain landscape, the third section presents the alpine civilization. The final part of illustrates the transformation of the mountain in its period of modernization.
A multimedia and interactive museum that leads all kind of visitor to discover the Alps and alpine culture in a 360-degree journey.
It is mandatory the Covid-19 Super Green Certificate to access to museums, cultural places and exhibitions; The Covid-19 Green Certification is not required for children under the age of 12 and those exempt on the basis of suitable medical certification.
