Guided Tour of the Regional Museum of Natural Sciences

The Efisio Noussan Regional Museum of Natural Sciences situated in the Castle of Saint-Pierre is a journey through the ecosystems of the Aosta Valley.

The new museographic project wants to enhance both the historical-architectural asset and the scientific-naturalistic aspect, adopting an approach close to the most modern orientations, offering the visitor a complete cultural proposal: on the one hand the history of the castle and on the other the nature of the Aosta Valley, told through the testimonies of the past and current activities.

Thanks to the innovative multimedia interactive media, the museum is a journey through the ecosystems of the Aosta Valley through images, reconstructions and news, declined in different facets: from the rocks to the glaciers; from the mines to the mountain forest.

A place of science and synthesis of the naturalistic heritage of the Aosta Valley set in the fairy-tale castle of Saint-Pierre.
